Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Every order ships from Los Angeles, usually within 1–2 business days.

Shipping

• Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95.
• Processing time: orders placed by 12pm PT on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
• Delivery time: standard ground delivery usually arrives 2–6 business days after your order ships.
• Tracking: you'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• Where we ship: we currently ship to US addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns

Socks are a personal item, so we accept returns on unopened packs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email sales@davisonmerch.com with your order number and the packs you're returning.
2. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges aren't refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is because of our mistake.

Exchanges

Want a different style? Return the unopened pack for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we'll help you swap it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Wholesale orders
