Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use takiagoods.com or buy from TAKIA Goods ("TAKIA", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted when it ships. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated and have no cash value.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

Product information

We try to show our products, colors and sizing accurately, but colors can look different on different screens and small variations can happen between production runs.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, including trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. Wholesale accounts are for approved retailers only.

Intellectual property

The TAKIA name, logos, designs, photos and site content belong to TAKIA or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Reviews and content you share

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's yours to share and give us permission to use it on our site and social channels. We may remove content we find inappropriate.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAKIA isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
